Please have these terms reviewed by your legal adviser before launch.

1. Quotations

Prices on this website are indicative. A booking is confirmed only after we send a written quotation, you accept it and we receive the agreed payment. Airline fares, hotel rates and exchange rates can change until tickets are issued or bookings are confirmed.

2. Payments

Payments are made in BDT unless agreed otherwise. You receive an invoice and a receipt for every payment.

3. Your responsibilities

Names must match your passport exactly. You are responsible for holding a valid passport (usually at least 6 months' validity), visas and health documents required for your trip.

4. Visas

Visa decisions are made only by embassies and consulates. We help you prepare and submit your application, but we cannot guarantee approval. Embassy fees are not refundable if a visa is refused.

5. Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations follow the rules of the airline, hotel or supplier, plus our service charge. See our refund & cancellation policy.

6. Liability

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels and other suppliers. Their own terms apply to the services they provide.
