Refund & cancellation policy

Please check these rules against your supplier agreements before launch.

• Air tickets: refunds and date changes follow the fare rules of the airline. Many promotional fares are non-refundable. Our service charge is not refundable once a ticket is issued.
• Hotels and packages: cancellation charges depend on the hotel and the season, and are shown in your quotation.
• Visas: embassy, VFS and service fees are not refundable once an application is submitted, whatever the decision.
• eSIMs: an eSIM cannot be refunded after its QR code has been sent.
• Medical tourism: hospital deposits follow the hospital's own policy.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method within 7–30 working days after we receive the money from the supplier.
