• Uploaded documents are stored privately on our server. They are not reachable from the internet and only authorised staff can open them. Every download is recorded.
• Passport numbers in our booking system are stored encrypted.
• We do not store your internet (IP) address, only a scrambled code used to block spam.

Who we share it with

Only with the airlines, hotels, embassies, hospitals and other suppliers needed for your trip or treatment. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Request details are kept while we work with you and as long as accounting and legal rules require. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.
